Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that due to certain grievances the petitioner's application / representation is pending consideration before the State Government since 25.04.2017 and has not been decided till date. Therefore, directions may be issued to decide
the same expeditiously.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make an additional representation before the respondent authorities that will be considered and decided by the State Government expeditiously. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
