Heard on instant Cr.M.P. preferred within its limitation with a prayer to restore Criminal Revision No. 928 of 2014 dismissed for want of prosecution on 15.5.2015 as no one represented the Petitioner when the impugned Criminal Revision was taken up for hearing.

On due consideration, the instant Cr.M.P. preferred within its limitation and for the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed.

It is ordered that Criminal Revision No. 928 of 2014 (Venadika Kalyan Panna Vs. Smt. Sone Kunwar and Anr.) dismissed for want of prosecution on 15.5.2015 is restored to its original number.

No order as to cost(s).
