This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.1093 of 2016, registered at Police Station Supela, District Durg (CG) for the offence under Sections 294, 307, 506B/34 of IPC.

Considering the fact that the applicant was earlier involved in 18 criminal cases, although in two or 3 cases, he has already been acquitted, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
