(1) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.130/2014 registered at Police Station Sankra, District Mahasamund (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 34 of the I.P.C. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 31.03.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1260/2015.
(3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after going through the state of prosecution witnesses, I do not find any new and good ground to entertain the second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected.
