Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application before the respondent No. 6Tahsildar, Balrampur for recording of his name in the revenue records which is pending consideration since 12.02.2015 and has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, Balrampur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
