1. Present MCC has been filed by the applicant seeking modification of the order dated 13/02/2019 passed in WPL No. 19/2019/

2. The contention of the applicant is that while disposing off the writ petition, inadvertently the name of a different counsel is reflected in the order-sheet, whereas it was represented by the counsel representing the applicant today.

3. This fact on being ascertained by the counsel whose name appears in the order-sheet is not disputed.

4. Accordingly, the order stands modified to the extent that in place of the name of "Shri Saleem kazi" it would be "Shri Gary Mukhopadhayay". Order dated 13/02/2019 stands modified to the extent that counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3 shall be read as "Shri Gary Mukhopadhayay" instead of "Shri Saleem Kazi, Dy. A.G.".

5. With the aforesaid modification the present MCC stands allowed and disposed off.

6. Let a copy of this order be made part of the records of WPL No. 19/2019 disposed off on 13/02/2019.
