1. The limited grievance at the petitioner and in respect of the place of posting given to the petitioner on promotion. According to the petitioner, he was granted promotion from the post of AG-II to AG-I and on promotion he was posted from district Ambikapur to district Bilaspur.
2. According to the petitioner, he has got the short tenure of service around 14 months and that the post of AG-I is also
lying vacant in the district Ambikapur also and therefore, if the respondents want they can accommodate the petitioner at Ambikapur on the promoted post. The petitioner has already approached the respondent No. 2 by way of a representation in this regard.
3. Given the fact that the issue is pertaining the place of posting and office and which is exclusively within the domain of the State authorities, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of, directing the respondent No. 2 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with rules and regulations at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
