The limited grievance that Petitioner has in the present Writ Petition is the inaction on the part of Respondents in not deciding the representation which she has made for change of her cadre from Tribal to Education. 2.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that when the Advertisement was issued, the application that the Petitioner made was all for the Education Department and she was also considered for the Education Department, however, due to inadvertence on the part of Petitioner instead of Education in the application she had typed as Tribal and therefore the appointment given to Petitioner is in the Tribal Department. Petitioner has immediately moved an application for change of her cadre and her representation that she has made is also still pending consideration.

The limited request that Petitioner has made is not opposed by learned State Counsel, however, the learned State Counsel submits that any decision shall be taken purely in accordance with the rules and regulations and subject to verification of the application which the Petitioner has submitted.

Considering the nature of dispute and the fact that the representation of Petitioner is still pending consideration, the present Writ Petition at this juncture is being disposed of directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the representation of Petitioner and decide the same within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
