Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has instructions to state that the Petitioner is no more interested in the present contract. The writ petition may be disposed with liberty to him for approaching the authorities with regard to settlement of accounts as he does not wish to suffer any disqualification in future tenders by being classified as a defaulter. 2.
If the Petitioner files such representation, it is expected that considering the commercial aspects of the matter, the Corporation will deal with it expeditiously and not frustrate it by sheer inaction. 3.
