1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have deposited Rs.44520/- against grant of lease, whereas actual amount comes to Rs.31770/-, therefore, remaining amount i.e. Rs.12750/- be refunded to the petitioners.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to make a representation before the Collector (Nazul), Durg and in turn, the Collector (Nazul), Durg will dispose of the representation within three months from the date of receipt of the representation after hearing the petitioners.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
