1. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.2,3 & 5 for taking a decision on the claim of the petitioner as regards his unpaid bills which the petitioner has raised and which is pending before the respondents since long.

2. Considering the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the respondents No.2,3 & 5 are directed to decide the representation of the petitioner so far as his unpaid bills are concerned, after due verification of facts and records, in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date date of receipt of copy of this order.
