(2) Be that as it may, the Collector, Kawardha is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's appeal after hearing the affected parties, in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
