Ignoring the default pointed out by the Registry, with the consent of the parties, the matter was finally heard at the motion stage. 2.

The petitioner has claimed that he is entitled to payment of salary in respect of the period from the date of transfer order till the date it is cancelled.

The petitioner has filed this petition without preferring any representation.

Let the representation be filed before respondent No.3. If such representation is made, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent No.3 within a period of 45 days. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
