The defaults pointed out by the Registry in the instant case as of now stand ignored taking into consideration the nature of relief sought for by Petitioner. 2.
With the consent of learned Counsels for the parties, heard the matter finally at admission stage itself.

The limited relief that Petitioner has sought for in the present Writ Petition is for an appropriate decision on the Departmental Appeal which he has filed, at the earliest.

The limited relief sought for by Petitioner is not opposed by learned Counsel appearing for Respondent-Employer.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal of Petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. 6.
