Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that in the order passed by the Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (C) No. 1051/2015 on 23.06.2015, directions have been issued to the respondent No. 4 but that has not been complied with till date and, therefore, further directions may be issued to the respondent No. 4. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Since directions have already been issued by the Court in Writ Petition (C) No. 1051/2015 (supra), therefore, no further directions is required to be issued. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to proceed in accordance
with law for compliance of the order passed by the Court on 23.06.2015. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
