Agrawal Order On Board 08/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No. 3- Nagar Panchayat, Chandrapur has given notice to the petitioner to vacate the suit shop whereas petitioner is running his business in the said suit shop since 1997.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file reply to notice to the Nagar Panchayat, Chandrapur within a period of seven days from today and, thereafter, Nagar Panchayat, Chandrapur shall hear the petitioner's reply and take a decision on the same expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the

date of receipt of cetified copy of this order. (3) For the period of 45 days, the petitioner shall not be removed from the suit shop.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
