Rajendra Prasad Pandey v. State Of Chhattisgarh And Other
HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet Writ Petition (S) No. 3287 of 20 Rajendra Prasad Pandey Versus State of Chhattisgarh and others 03.04.2019 Shri Parag Kotecha, counsel for the petitioner. Shri Saleem Kazi, Dy. A.G. for the State.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the writ petition before this Court, the criminal appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No. 237 of 2005 has been allowed by this Court vide judgment dated 01.08.2013 and thereafter the petitioner has been reinstated in service.
In view of the fact that the termination order has been recalled by the respondents and the petitioner has been reinstated in service, the writ petition has become infuctuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. However, if there is any further grievance arising out of the reinstatement, the petitioner would be at liberty to raise the same before the appropriate authority.
