Agrawal Order On Board 13/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners' land has been acquired by respondents No.1 & 2 for the purpose of widening of Raipur Dhamtari National Highway, in lieu of which an award has been passed on 23.01.2017 in favour of the petitioners by respondent No.3, but till date the compensation as awarded has not been disbursed by respondents No.1 & 2. The petitioners have also preferred several representation but to no avail, hence this writ petition.
(2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. (3) Be that as it may, the respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to consider the petitioners' representation and do the needful for disbursing the compensation amount as awarded by respondent No.3 expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
