1. The respondents have come up before the court by filing reply stating that since the petitioner had not furnished life certificate, pension could not be released for a particular period. Now subsequently, on the intervention of this court presuming the petitioner to be alive because of the pendency of writ petition, the respondents have now cleared the pension till date and have deposited the dues in his Bank account available with the concerned respondents.
2. Given the aforesaid submissions made by the counsel for the respondents, the counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to raise dispute before the appropriate forum if there is any shortfall in the dues paid to
him by making a suitable representation or by filing a fresh writ petition, if need so arises.
3. It is ordered accordingly.
