Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that in the order dated 6-7-2015 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.3096 of 2015 inadvertently Crime No. 240 of 2015 has been typed instead of correct "Crime No.204 of 2015", therefore, the same may be modified. 2.

In view of the above submission of learned counsel appearing for the applicant, it is modified that in the order dated 6-7-2015 passed by this court in M.Cr.C.No.3096 of 2015, Crime number be read as 204/2015 in place of Crime No.240/2015.

Accordingly, the instant Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. 4.

A copy of this order be kept in the original file of M.Cr.C.No.3096 of 2015. Certified copy as per rules.
