Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that without demarcation of the petitioner's building and without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, the respondent No. 2- Corporation has orally instructed to demolish petitioner's building. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for Corporation would submit that as and when action will be taken for demolishing the building of the petitioner, notice will be served to the petitioner and after hearing the petitioner, the Corporation will proceed further.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the above submissions, it is directed that the Corporation would provide opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before proceeding against the petitioner and the status-quo as on today shall be maintained till then.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at this stage. No order as to cost(s).
