1. Learned counsel for appellant submits that the sole appellant of this case has died on 05.02.2016.

2. P.U.D. dated 27.09.2021 sent by ofÏce of Station In-charge police station Manendragarh, District-Koria confirmed death of appellant and has also annexed the death certificate to this effect.
