Challenge to the transfer order is on the ground that by the Election Commission the petitioner has been appointed as Registration Officer on 04.08.2016 and he is required to continue at the present place of posting to complete the process of registration in view of the direction issued by the Election Commission.

The petitioner has been transferred vide order dated 30.07.2016 whereas Election Commission has appointed the petitioner as Registration Officer on 04.08.2016.

Whether the petitioner should remain posted in the present place of posting in view of order dated 04.08.2016 is a matter of coordination between Election Commission and the State Government, but it does not give right to the petitioner to challenge the transfer order.

The other ground is that respondent No.5, who is sent at the place of the petitioner, is still under probation. The petitioner has no right to challenge the transfer order of other person. 5.

It appears that the petitioner has remained posted at the present place of posting since long, therefore, the petitioner has no ground to challenge the transfer order.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
