1. The limited grievance of the petitioner seems to be the inaction on the part of the respondents in not granting joining to his service.

2. According to the petitioner, he is a patient of Sikal Cell and also he is suffering from cancer and he is 65% physically disabled. The petitioner had taken sanctioned medical leave from 05.12.2017 to 30.08.2018, thereafter the petitioner has tried to resume his duty but the authorities are not providing him the joining. Meanwhile, the respondents themselves have absorbed the services of the petitioner to the

Education Department, yet the authorities are not permitting the petitioner to resume his duty.

3. Given the limited nature of dispute that the petitioner is facing, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 5 to take an appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order on the issue of granting joining to the petitioner. The respondents No. 2 & 5 are expected to take a decision promptly.
