Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached this Court raising a limited grievance. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner applied for grant of regular stage carriage permit way back in the year 2011. Vide order dated 26.6.2011, regular stage carriage permit was granted in favour of the petitioner, but no permit was issued to the petitioner till date.

State Counsel submits that the petitioner has approached this Court after lapse of 4 years. 3.

Considering that the petitioner, after lapse of 4 years of the order passed, has prayed for

grant of permit, I am not inclined to issue any specific direction. However, the competent authority /respondent No. 3 shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order in the matter within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
