Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is certain allegation made in the petition, the petitioner does not wish to insist on those allegation. He further submits that petitioner has preferred the representation for modification of his transfer order, which he intends to peruse. 2.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to purse the representation.
