Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not submitted any application for her transfer from the present place of posting.

Matter requires consideration. The competent authority shall get the matter inquired through a responsible officer. It is expected that the inquiry shall be completed within four weeks. Thereafter, in view of the inquiry report appropriate order may be passed in the matter.
