The present Contempt Petition has been filed by Petitioner alleging wilful disobedience of the Order passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.5805/2018 2.

The said Writ Petition when it was taken up for hearing along with the other connected matters, this Court had issued notice to Respondents and so far as the order on interim application is concerned this Court had made an observation that "any recruitment in between shall be subject to the outcome of the writ petition".

The aforesaid observation of this Court is self-explanatory in itself, which means that the Respondents were at liberty to proceed further and the decision of the Respondents which they would pass pending the Writ Petition so far as recruitment is concerned the same shall be subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition. If the Respondents have now in between carried on with the recruitment process the same would not amount to any disobedience of the Order of this Court. In view of the same, this Court does not find the action of the Respondents to be contemptuous or in contravention to the directions given by this Court. 4.
