This transfer petition has been filed by the wife for transfer of Case No.146 of 2015 (Pallavi Singh v. Neeraj Kumar Singh & Others) which has been filed by the wife herself, in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur to the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur. 2.

The only ground is that when she filed the aforesaid case, she was residing at Bilaspur because her father was posted at Bilaspur. Since her father has been transferred to Raipur, she wants that the proceedings pending at Bilaspur be transferred to Raipur. 3.

In my view this is no ground to transfer the petition from Bilaspur to Raipur, Therefore, the transfer petition stands dismissed. Sd/- (Deepak Gupta) Chief Justice Anu
