1. Transfer order is under challenge on the ground that even though the petitioner has remained posted in scheduled/core scheduled area for last 33 years, when an occasion arose for transfer, he has again been transferred and posted within the scheduled area.

2. In the light of policy dated 3.6.2015 and 11.6.2016, which provides for transfer of an employee from scheduled area/core scheduled area if he is remained posted in such scheduled area/core scheduled area for long time, case of the petitioner requires serious consideration. It is found that the petitioner has preferred representation to the Director/respondent No.2. Let a fresh representation be preferred to respondent No.1 within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If that is done, respondent No.1 shall re-consider and decide petitioner's representation for posting the petitioner outside the scheduled area in accordance with

-2the provisions contained in policy dated 3.6.2015 ad 11.6.2016 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

3. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition is finally disposed off.
