1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court by its order dated 18-1-2013 passed in W.P.(S)No.4836/2005, directed the State Government to consider the petitioner's claim and if it is found that any officer of general category junior to the petitioner has been promoted either as District Auditor or on any other higher post before the petitioner, the petitioner's claim shall also be considered. He further submits that the petitioner is going to retire with effect from 30-11-2015, yet no decision
has been taken and his representation Annexure P-4 is pending consideration since 22-12-2014.
3. Be that as it may, respondent No.1 is directed to take a decision within two weeks from today and pass order as directed by this Court on 18-1-2013, in accordance with law. If the representation of the petitioner is not decided within the stipulated period, the petitioner is free to proceed further and revive his prayer or to file contempt petition, in accordance with law.
4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
