Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to raise all the grounds during the course of trial including confronting all the documents with the witness. Since the case is already proceeded for evidence therefore, at this stage with the aforesaid liberty the petitioner wants to withdraw the instant petition.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid liberty the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
