1. Though the matter is listed on default, however, considering the nature of default pointed out by the Registry, the matter is taken up for hearing.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's

name is Bhaval Sai, son of Shri Ramkaran Sai, however, due to typographical mistake in the impugned order, his name has wrongly been printed as Dhawal Sai. On account of this mistake, the Registry has also pointed out defect in the description of the petitioner's name.

3. Considering the explanation offered by the petitioner, the default is overruled.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise a dispute before the jurisdictional Registrar under Section 55 of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
