1. This CrMP has been preferred for diluting the condition No.5.1 in the order dated 3.9.2020 in MCRC No.4095/2020 inasmuch as applicant prays for payment of the subject amount in installments.

2. Once the bail has been allowed on certain conditions, the same cannot be diluted to the benefit of the accused.

3. In view of the above, no case for modification in the conditions imposed in the bail application is made out.
