State of Chhattisgarh and others, and other connected

matters}, therefore, these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra).

2. Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra). A copy of the order passed in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra) be placed on record of the present writ petitions.
