1. The present petition is filed with a limited prayer to direct the Respondent No. 3 to complete the investigation in respect of F.I.R. registered on 14.11.2018 bearing crime No. 21/2018.

2. It is submitted that on an accident case wherein one person died and another was severely injured, the F.I.R. was registered on 14.11.2018 and even after the considerable period is passed, the charge-sheet has not been filed and the investigation is not completed.

3. Perusal of the F.I.R. would show that it was registered on 14.11.2018. Taking into such fact, the Police is directed to complete the investigation as early as possible and file the chargesheet, as the enquiry of the like nature cannot be kept for the time immemorial.

4. With such observation, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Goutam Bhaduri) Judge Vishakha
