By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 30/07/2016, by which, she has been transferred from Government Higher Secondary School, Arjuni, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara to Government Higher Secondary (Girls) School, Lormi, District Mungeli. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has certain personal difficulty to maintain the children of her deceased brother and her old

aged mother. He further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to prefer a representation before the competent authority. 3.

This ground can be raised before the competent authority by making a representation against the transfer order for cancellation or modification. 4.

In case, the petitioner files a representation before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and decided by the competent authority within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the representation. 5.
