1. By way of this writ petition the petitioners have prayed that the respondents be directed to pay the pay-scale and salary to them at par with the teachers working in government schools/government aided schools.

2. Learned State Counsel and learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 and 5 would submit that the Society has to take a decision in this regard, however, no decision has been taken.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No.7/concerned society is directed to consider the representation of the petitioners and take a decision in this regard within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation. The petitioners are at liberty to make the representation, if any.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
