On his own showing, the petitioner has remained posted at the present place of posting ever since 17-10-2010 that means almost 6 years, therefore, the petitioner has become due for transfer. Accommodation of any other person in place of the petitioner, in such a situation, cannot be said to be a case of malafide. Therefore, no ground to interfere with the impugned transfer order is made out. 3.
In the result, the petition is dismissed.
