Mr. S.R.J. Jaiswal, Panel Lawyer, for the State. As per the report received from the Superintendent of Central Jail, Jagdalpur dated 29.09.2017 the appellant had suffered the entire jail sentence and thereafter he was released on bail on 15.01.2004.

Consequently, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he do not want to press this appeal having the appellant served the entire jail sentence. The appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
