On due consideration, the present Cr.M.P. is hereby allowed. 3.

It is ordered that Cr.M.P. No.488/2015 (Ashok Kumar Komra & Anr. vs. State of Chhattisgarh), which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 01.7.2015 is restored to its original number. No order as to cost.
