Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners would submit that petitioners / parents have made a representation before the Sub-Divisional

Officer (Revenue) / District Education Officer, Bilaspur on 22.08.2017 against the shifting of school premises of Government Middle School, Akaltari to Government Primary School, Bhatapara but that has not been decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Be that as it may, the Collector shall depute an officer, not below the rank of District Education Officer to visit the school premises and thereafter take a decision on the petitioners' representation expeditiously preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
