1. Challenge in the present writ petition is to the show cause notices issued to the petitioner and the corrigendum that followed thereafter.

2. This Court at the outset is of the opinion that since it is only a showcause notice and a corrigendum in connection with the show cause notice, no cause for interference at this stage has been made out. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the authorities concerned and submit

all the defence that he has in his possession in support of his contentions which the authorities concerned shall take due note of before proceeding further with the disciplinary proceeding.

3. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands accordingly disposed of.
