The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner requires to undertake frequent treatment at Raipur in connection with injury which he sustained on 13.04.2014. It is also submitted that the daughter of the petitioner has also undergone bypass surgery in the year 2007, therefore, she requires medical treatment on regular intervals.

It is found that the petitioner is posted at the present place of posting for last two years, therefore, the personal ground of illness which have been raised by the petitioner, at this stage, does not appear so acute. However, it would be open for the State
Government, if the petitioner prefers representation within 15 days from today, to consider all the grounds taken by the petitioner in the petition within a period of four weeks.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
