The challenge in the instant Writ Petition is to the order of transfer dated 28/02/2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Bilaspur to Mungeli (C.G.).

The order of transfer shows that, the same has been made at the request of the petitioner. However, the counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has never made any request for being transferred. 3.

The second ground raised by the counsel for the petitioner is that, the petitioner has got only about 15 months of service left for retirement and at this juncture transferring the petitioner would be putting him to a great inconvenience. Thirdly, he submits that, the petitioner has been assigned

election duties and since the code of conduct has already come, the petitioner may not be relieved till the election works are complete. 4.

Given all the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner make a suitable representation to the respondent No.1 highlighting all the contentions which he had raised in the instant Writ Petition within 10 days. That the respondent No.1 in turn shall consider these grounds raised by the petitioner and take a decision within a period of 45 days.

Meanwhile, till the representation is decided by the respondent No.1, the effect and operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed so far as the petitioner is concerned.
