The transfer order is under challenge mainly on the ground that the petitioner has certain personal difficulties including ailments, old aged etc. 3.
The grounds, on which, the petitioner sought interference, are to be examined by the transferring authority and not by this Court. The petitioner should prefer representation. If that is done within a period of 10 days from today, the same shall be considered and examined by the transferring authority to find out as to whether there is
possibility to adjust the petitioner to any nearby stations or not. The decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks.
