Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an application to the respondent No. 3 - Lok Sewa Kendra, Jashpur for issuance of Domicile Certificate which has been rejected by respondent No. 3 by order dated 05.05.2017. The petitioner also made an application on 08.05.2017 for supply of certified copies of all the records of the case and copy of the order dated 05.05.2017 which has also not been supplied to the petitioner. Feeling aggrieved against which this writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, on petitioner making an application to the competent authorities, the competent authority is directed consider the petitioner's

application and supply copy of the order, if any, within ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to challenge the order so passed.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
