Agrawal Order On Board /0 3 /201 (1) Leanred counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation to the Collector, Surguja, Ambikapur for de-sealing his office, which is pending consideration since 5.2.2018 and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, the Collector, Surguja, Ambikapur is directed to

consider and decide the petitioner's representaiton for de-sealing his office in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
