1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.2, 3 & 4 for releasing of the unpaid dues to the petitioner on account of undisputed work that was done by the petitioner in the year 2013.

2. Considering the limited relief that the petitioner has sought for, the State counsel submits that let the concerned respondents take a decision on the representation that the petitioner has made.

3. Considering the facts, let the respondents No.2, 3 & 4 consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, so far as his claim for unpaid dues are concerned. That, the respondents are expected to take a decision after due verification of the facts and record within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
