This Cr.M.P. has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the petitioner before this Court seeking cancellation of the order dated 29.09.2018 passed by the Sessions Judge, Mungeli in Criminal Revision No. 20/2018 and handing over of the vehicle bearing registration No. C.G.-09-B-1105.

2. As per R1 vehicle No. CG-09-B-1105 has been confiscated by the Collector Mungeli on 09.04.2019.

3. Counsel for the petitioner concedes to the fact that the petition has become infructuous.
